• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.
• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through cash, credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer.
• Custom Orders: Custom jewellery orders may require a non-refundable deposit. The final payment must be completed upon delivery or as agreed in the order terms.

4. Orders and Cancellations

• Order Placement: Orders can be placed in-store or online (if applicable). Please ensure all order details are accurate as we cannot modify orders once processed.
• Order Confirmation: An order confirmation signifies that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance. We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment issues, or other reasons, with a refund if applicable.

5. Custom Jewellery Orders

• Design Approval: Custom orders are crafted according to customer specifications. Once the design is approved and production begins, changes cannot be made.
• Deposit and Payment: A non-refundable deposit may be required. The timeline for custom orders will be provided at the time of order placement.
• Non-Returnable: Custom jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

6. Exchange and Return Policy

Due to the unique nature of jewellery, returns are not accepted; however, exchanges may be allowed under certain conditions:

• Exchange Eligibility: Items can be exchanged within 7 days if they are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
• Exclusions: Custom orders, engraved pieces, and resized or altered jewellery are not eligible for exchange.
• Refunds: No refunds are provided for jewellery items.

7. Warranty and Repairs

We offer a warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or stone loss due to improper handling are not covered. Repair services may be available for a fee if the warranty does not apply.
